Dennis G. Landis

President

Dennis was born in Abilene, Kansas and graduated from Salina High School in Salina, Kansas.  He has a Bachelors degree in Management from Park College and a Masters degree in Human Resources/Adult Education from Kansas State University.  He has served as Manager of Management Placement at FarMarCo, Farmland Industries, Land O’Lakes, and FCStone, as well as Manager of Member Services at Cenex/Land O’Lakes.  He also works as a consultant for many companies throughout the Midwest in strategic planning, customer service and sales training.  His passion is helping people and companies to reach their highest potential.  Currently he is President of Landis AG Placement & Consulting, Inc. of Leawood, Kansas.  He and his wife of 36 years, Carol, have two adult daughters and four grandchildren.

Kandi D. Paulin

Kandi has been a member of the Landis Ag Team for 4 years.  She has developed many relationships with clients seeking employees and candidates seeking employment.  Before Kandi came to Landis Ag she spent many years in the mortgage banking industry, helping others meet their financial goals. She prides herself on her dedication to her client’s needs and her ability to go the extra mile to meet those needs.  In addition to her devotion to her duties to ensure that clients and candidates achieve specific goals, Kandi also performs many of the daily tasks that help Landis AG Placement & Consulting, Inc. run efficiently.
